Whether you write fiction or non-fiction, creativity, imagination and intuition are essential for bringing groundbreaking insights and fresh stories into the world.
While these intertwined forms of flow can feel elusive and random, some very specific things are happening in your brain and body that support or hinder creative expression.
Self-hypnosis techniques can help you come into creative and intuitive states more intentionally, as well as change the way you think so that you can access inspiration regularly.
This three-class series provides:
Self-Hypnosis techniques to shift from convention to creative inspiration
Writing exercises to reinforce what you are learning
A recorded guided visualization to use at home to continue expanding creativity
Class One: Which Thought Process Are You Using? Learn how to distinguish between cognitive and creative thought processes, and easily shift from a state where conventional thinking and writer’s block can dominate, into a state where inspiration flows more easily.
Class Two: From Patterned Mind to Open Mind. Deep brainwave states hold your unconscious perceptions and thought patterns, as well as collective ideas, beliefs and structures. Learn to recognize and change these invisible influences so that you can see and experience the world in new ways.
Class Three: Access Intuition to Fuel Imagination. Intuition is the gateway to fresh stories, ideas and insights that you can then grow and shape through imagination. Combine what you learned in classes one and two into a creative superstate so that you can access on demand the inspiration you need to do your best work.
